Skip damages driveway… Darrell to the rescue

Sometimes the worst happens, but Arthurs Skips put it right.

We made a collection of a skip from a customers drive a couple of months ago and the driver did all he could to make sure the skip was uplifted without any damage to the driveway, he figured the customer had filled it pretty full. But sometimes it’s inevitable that damage can occur in such skip collection situations. which is what happened here.

Nick the driver put a board down for the leg to then sit on top of but as the driveway had almost zero support underneath it just gave way, an unfortunate occurence for this customer. However once we were contacted, Darrell our relations manager made the trip over to the customer to view and report.

We then within 7 days repaired the driveway resulting in a happy customer. At no cost to them of course. All part of the service from Sheffield’s No 1 Skip company.
